Overview

Employment Type: Full-time.
Location: District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.

POSITION SUMMARY
Green Edu seeks a Well-being Manager who will support the CEO in providing strategic and operational Well-being leadership of the organization. To develop and implement a Well-being framework, taking responsibility for the development and management of robust wellbeing strategies, policies, processes and procedures considering best practice and the operational needs of the business. Well-being Manager responsible for building a corporate culture towards TEAL ORGANIZATION. This person will report directly to the CEO.


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To implement and positively promote equal opportunities in employment practices.
  • To take due responsibility and set an example for the health and safety of yourself and other individuals. 
  • To undertake training and attend meetings as required and directed by your line manager. 
  • To take responsibility for managing, monitoring and reducing risk within Green Edu. 
  • To be committed to delivering a service that is value for money.

CANDIDATE PROFILE AND EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proficient English user.
  • Organizational ability: planning well, meeting deadlines, and working efficiently.
  • Seeks ways to continuously improve and learn.
  • Experience of developing and maintaining effective relationships internally with other business areas and externally 
  • Analytical and logical thinking skills with the ability to operate at both a strategic and detailed level.
  • Experience of working in a property/development organization.
  • Excellent problem solving, judgment and decision-making skills.
